I am a Business, Executive and Leadership Coach and Advisor with 13+ years of experience in leadership roles, 16 years of expertise in the digital industry, and 8 years of experience working with diverse, international teams.
As a leader, I have thrived in entrepreneurial, high-growth, and fast-changing environments.
I am proud to have built and scaled one of the most important brands in Romania, taking it from 0 to 30+ M USD yearly turnover, together with a team that I brought together from 10 to 150 people.
I was trained as a Coach by the Co-Active Training Institute which is widely recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC, Co-Active Training Institute) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC, ICF).
I have also completed the Organizational and Relationship Systems (ORSC) Coaching Fundamentals program.
