Culture by Design
Are you ready to move from fuzzy corporate values to organizational behaviors crafted and brought to life, to increase performance and create the strongest competitive differentiator?
-
Assess what are the behaviors that are currently reinforced in your company
-
Design your ideal culture: Intentionally craft the way 'we do things around here', when it comes to individual work ethic, teamwork and how we treat clients, rather than let it be driven by strong characters and inertia
-
Prioritise the change that must happen
-
Drive the change: build new behaviors and transform your organizational culture
Process
Assess the current culture
Let's start by looking at values - what are the written and unwritten values in your organization?
How do they support your vision and strategy?
Do your people know your company values?
Do you have clear behaviors defined, to support the values?
What are the behaviors that are encouraged in your organizations?
What are the invisible rules that govern the way we do things around here?
Design the ideal culture and prioritize change
Now that you become more aware about your cultural reality, let's talk about the ideal culture that would properly support your vision and ambitions.
We'll involve the leadership team and ignite leadership commitment for the organizational culture transformation.
As the gaps become clear and we have increased buy-in from leadership, we will select up to 3 cultural change priorities to be planned and implemented.
Implement the new behaviors
We look at existing rituals (e.g. meetings, processes) and design cultural interventions to drive the new behaviors
We create new rituals and routines to support the organizational culture
We create accountability to make sure we stay consistent until the change happens
And beyond what we do, we pay attention at how we communicate the change and help people embrace the new culture in the making.
